If you're looking for a fun, active way to get your team out of the office, come play padel, the world’s fastest-growing sport! Padel is easy to pick up like pickleball, dynamic like squash, and athletic like tennis.
We’d love to host you and your team, teaching you everything we can about padel and getting you into the competitive spirit. Courts, rackets, balls, refreshments, and coaching are all included.
Padel is a fun and easy-to-learn game for the entire team. Your padel San Francisco coach will guide you through the basics of the game, teach the rules, and provide lessons tailored to all skill levels. The coach will also facilitate games and even organize a mini tournament to add a competitive edge to the event.
With everything taken care of - from coaching to equipment - you can focus on enjoying the experience while we handle the rest!

Attendees should wear athletic shoes (any shoe they feel comfortable running in), athletic clothing (anything they feel comfortable moving around and sweating in), and a sweatshirt or jacket.
You may bring your own food and drinks if you would like.
We will provide rackets, balls, and waters for the group. Small drinks and snacks are available onsite for purchase.
**Embarcadero Plaza location is fully outdoors - no restrooms or changing rooms onsite, but public ones available close by. Public parking available in Embarcadero Center nearby and we can partially validate.
**Oyster Point location is fully indoors - restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and free parking all available onsite. Workout and recovery stations, ping pong table, as well as a full lounge with kitchenette and visual/audio setup available for use.

After you check out, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt. Very shortly after that, our team will reach out to connect you with your host and help with the logistics and questions!
All prices are upfront. There are no extra charges beyond what you pay when you book. In 99% of cases, hosts won't ask for tips because they're already included in the price.
All activities you see on Spaciously are private. You will get a dedicated instructor. You will also get either an entire venue or a section of a venue to yourselves.
If our calendar allows you to pick a date and time, your activity is available! In the rare scenario that your host has an emergency and can't make the date, it's our responsibility to find you a substitute host or a substitute activity quickly. If you don't like the options, we'll send you a full refund.
We are here to make sure your team gets the event they will enjoy. Helping you find the best activity for your team is the best part of our job. We work only with highly reliable hosts. Every single one of our hosts is a small business owner. We either saw them in action, received a recommendation from another client or had a personal call to go over their proposed activity. Small business owners spend years mastering their skills. They put great care into planning your experience.
People love when they don't have to go out of their way for team-building. Invite the activity host to travel to your venue by selecting the option "My venue/office."
Some building management companies don't allow certain activities, e.g. cooking if you don't have a kitchen. Make sure you check this before you book.
Most buildings require a certificate of insurance. A one-off certificate of insurance costs ~$150 online, but 99% of the time, our hosts can provide one for free. There may be some back-and-forth with your building management to agree on the coverage, but we are happy to collaborate with you on this.
Refer to the cancelation policy on each listing when you book to see how much time you have to cancel your reservation. To cancel, answer the email thread we will start with you or contact hello@spaciously.io.
Regardless of the cancelation policy, hosts usually allow you to move the time of your booking a bit or to add a few more people. We are very collaborative when it comes to small event adjustments. Ultimately, we all want your event to be successful because we want to be your partners for a long time!
