Prioritize mental wellbeing in the workplace on World Mental Health Day—explore ways to nurture your mind, support others, and foster a healthier, more balanced life.
World Mental Health Day was first observed in 1992 and is sponsored by the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). Its purpose is to raise awareness of mental health issues worldwide and in the workplace and destigmatize mental health problems. Each year, WFMH picks a theme for the day. This year’s theme is ‘It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace.’
The purpose of this day is to help reduce the stigma around mental health problems. It’s also a time to raise awareness about mental health issues and start important conversations.
Gather your team for coffee and donuts to discuss the benefits available to them for Mental Health Issues.
We picked laid-back, meditative experiences that focus on introspection and connection. Check out our home page for even more Mental Health Day team activities in your city!
